WELCOME is an interactive installation for Portland’s 2019 Winter Light Festival, inviting the public to PSU’s campus with light and warmth. It responds to passersby and amplifies the actions of our WELCOME committee.

Inspired by what it means to feel welcome, we invite you to pause, get oriented, and connect before continuing your festival journey.
