Creative Archiving

Discover the world of archiving and its importance for preserving creative, personal and collective memories. This course will help you improve your archiving skills and create your own archive. You'll learn how archiving relates to your creative and academic work from archivists, artists, designers, curators, historians and community groups. The course uses lectures, discussions, field trips, hands-on research, and artistic methods to teach you how to organize and engage with materials. By the end of the course, you'll have the knowledge to work with archives in your creative and research projects. OPEN TO NON MAJORS.
