A+D Scholarships 2015–16

Scholarships awarded to Art Practices and Graphic Design undergraduates, MFA Studio and MFA Social Practice graduate students. Undergraduate students must have completed at least 20 credit hours in their major and all students must have at least 6 credit hours remaining before graduation. Awards are based on financial need, first-generation college student status, enrollment status, creative work and accomplishments in area/s of study in the School of A+D.
Awards will be put toward tuition fees. Amounts vary. Your application to the university scholarship portal ensures that you will be considered for all scholarships for which you are eligible.
1. Set up an account and apply through the university scholarship portal.
2. Create an account at Flickr.com and create a photo set of five. Examples of artwork, include title, date, dimensions and medium for each image. (See Portfolio Requirements.)
3. Copy and paste the link to your Flickr photo set in university scholarship portal application.
Create a Flickr photo set containing five examples of your work. This portfolio must consist of five works, preferably in the student’s area(s) of concentration. In addition to image files, videos/animations should also be uploaded via the same Flickr photo set. The committee will review up to five minutes of time-based work.
