My colleague and I are seeking to hire a virtual assistant to help up with the following tasks:
– Scheduling out Mailchimp promotional emails and general knowledge of CRM
– Help with repurposing content for Social Media (FB groups, Instagram etc)
– Creating Thumbnails for Youtube and uploading videos. Knowledge of how to edit, upload video, create a description, hashtags
– Ability to edit Youtube videos and upload onto our channel.
– Ability to edit + post our podcast and create description for podcast, including hashtags
– Help with creating advertising flyers and brochures for live courses
– Knowledge of how to use the backend of Wix website. Management of website, creative input in regards to revamping our online services and making our website more user friendly.
