Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Pay Range: $18.50 – $19.50/hr
JOB SUMMARY
The UI/UX Designer must have 1-3 years of design experience and demonstrate excellent design chops on a consistent basis for a variety of projects and clients in a timely manner that accurately portrays the client’s brand and provides a desirable user experience to the user base. The ideal candidate will be able to execute the full web design process, including wireframing, prototyping, preparation of style guide, graphics and icons, to the full website design. Bonus would be if the designer was able to create a branding process from naming to Brand Guidebook, social content, flyers, print collateral, and more. This role would also contribute designs to new business efforts and presentations and interface with all departments across the agency.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Work internally and externally with clients to realize all assets & deliverables in the design process (including pitch decks/presentations for this work).
Communicate internally and externally about design principles & discuss the decision-making process with stakeholders.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and full page designs that follow consistent themes,branding guidelines and other digital assets.
Create user flows that take a personna from point A to point B through the site to achieve the business objectives defined by the client.
Design email campaigns.
Work with Partnerships on decks and presentations.
Maintain the GTMA branding – Work with all departments to keep it current and consistent in all areas of the company.
Create branded assets for in-house purposes like HR training materials and presentations
Keep up to date on our market segments of real estate, hospitality, and wineries
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Become Google Analytics Certified
Learn the basics of Digital Marketing
Attend GTMA U classes surrounding marketing fundamentals
Attending team meetings and company meetings
Contribute in a positive way to our company culture
Front-end web design including developing wireframes, detailed user flows, & designing/producing landing pages in editors like Wix, Squarespace, Unbounce, etc
Assist with the design & visual direction of animated videos.
Assist with the design & visual direction of Coming Soon videos.
Assist the other Creative Services divisions with design assets
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or other applicable degree; or equivalent work experience (minimum 2 years of experience in lieu of degree)
Perform each essential duty satisfactorily

Constant need (66% to 100% of the time) to complete forms; read and review reports correspondence, and other documents; view computer screen; and frequent need to see small detail for purposes of assisting with the day to day functions of supporting the administrative needs of the company.
