You are interested in how a brand shows up across the digital landscape and have the desire to communicate that brand’s purpose in an authentic, inspiring, and innovative way. You are aware of design and technology’s intersections and are ready to apply and learn new skills. You are motivated, entrepreneurial, and excited to work in a highly-collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
What You’ll Do
Design and edit communication pieces, including social media assets, postcards, flyers, and video assets
Video editing and collaborating with the production team
Provide clerical support for development activities
Provide support for PSU Center for Entrepreneurship events
Support social media (especially Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) by providing photographs, ideas, posts, etc.
What You’ll Bring
Proficient in graphic design, preferably in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and After effects
Understanding of all phases across the design process, from discovery and design, into development and release
Curiosity and drive to learn and grow, and a connection to your intuitive instincts
Ease and openness in receiving productive feedback to inform your growth and progression
Great communication skills both oral and written
Strong organizational and self-management skills
