Marketing Graphic Designer

Job Description:
This position works with our Program Coordinators to support the marketing and communications efforts on behalf of the Center for Public Service (CPS). Duties include maintaining the CPS website, posting events to CPS social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), and designing email communications and program marketing materials. Larger scale projects are created annually, such as CPS Gala and Chinese New Year collateral.

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with graphic design, social media, web design and maintenance, and intermediate to advanced skills with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Drupal, or HTML strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who is able to get things done with little supervision and someone who is a self-starter.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Drupal, HTML, and MyEmma.

Preference also given to candidates with photography/videography skills and experience for recording/documenting CPS events and capturing content for use in marketing for our programs.

5-10 hours/week, which can be arranged to fit your academic schedule and will increase during the Fall Term. Preference given to candidates available to work for CPS for a minimum of a one-year commitment.
