The Marketing Coordinator supports the mission of the Littman & White Galleries and Portland State University by maintaining the outward appearance and initial impression of the gallery through the gallery website, show cards, posters, vinyl titles, exhibition catalogues, press releases and advertisements.
The ideal candidate is detail orientated, takes initiative, has an interest in contemporary art, has well developed communication skills, can proficiently navigate Adobe suite, can access University resources to disseminate information, and has the aesthetic sense to portray the Gallery as professional and forward thinking to the broader Portland community.

*Produces on a monthly basis
Vinyl title design
*Occasionally produces advertisements
*Distributes on a monthly basis
*Assist with gallery archive
*Assist with installation and de-installation
*May participate in opening reception
*Assist with training of new staff
*Opens and closes the gallery as needed
This is a 13-hour per week position and pays $9.50/hour (negotiable pay may be an option). Work-study is optional.
Must pass a minimum of 6 undergraduate or 5 graduate credits in fall, winter and spring terms, earning a minimum 2.5 undergraduate or 3.0 graduate GPA.
