Ankrom Moisan’s dynamic marketing team is looking to expand and is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience using Adobe InDesign, a can-do attitude, and the ability to graciously juggle multiple deadlines. Candidates with a strong visual communication skillset and robust writing skills are desired. This position is fully remote (with hybrid optional at our Seattle, Portland, or San Francisco offices). Candidates must be able to work during normal business hours on the PST time zone. We’re an employee-owned company. Our mission is to create places where people and communities thrive. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Support the Proposal Manager to execute winning RFQ and RFP responses through thoughtful writing, editing, and visual communication
§ Along with the Content Coordinator, create and edit content for online or printed communication (proposals, website, social media, e-blasts, etc)
§ Assist with social media efforts and help to identify AM storytelling opportunities that can be shared across marketing channels
§ Assist with awards submittals as needed
§ Assist with project data and image organization (Open Asset)
REQUIRED SKILLS:
§ 3 Years’ Experience with Adobe InDesign
§ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
§ Experience planning campaigns across social media platforms
§ Fluent, practical understanding of how written and visual storytelling support each other
§ Effective written and verbal communication
§ Active desire to collaborate and learn
§ Works independently while also knowing when to ask for help
§ Excellent file-naming and organization skills
PREFERRED SKILLS:
§ AEC industry experience
§ Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Experience
§ Experience with Conceptboard, Smartsheet, and Deltek
