Jr Designer

All These Wonders™ is seeking a talented and passionate Junior Designer to join our growing creative outfit. Mixing imagination and technical prowess, you will act as a lynchpin of the Creative Department, responsible for the bulk of day-to-day graphics output. This role is for someone that knows how marketing campaigns work, and can take direction from written or spoken briefs, converting them seamlessly into fresh, evocative and engaging visual communications across multiple different channels. Predominantly brand design experience is preferred, with marketing or advertising examples both printed and digital, ensuring that the finished work is the best possible expression of the concept. The appropriate candidate will have a portfolio that demonstrates a versatile range of design skills; proven knowledge of composition, layout, typography, image enhancement and manipulation. An intimate understanding of the latest Adobe Creative Suite is essential to your success, as well as presentation layout software like Keynote. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and thrive in often demanding situations. Considering the current workplace climate, you will be expected to work efficiently and effectively from your home office. You will report directly to Senior Creatives, collaborate as an important part of a larger group, and mentor other junior designers on the team. You will be required to work independently and should drive design work with little hand-holding.
