Immediate need:
Opportunity for contract graphic project. Graphic Designer needed for contract work on the branding of a new automotive museum. Candidate will work directly with e. Black Design Co. to help create everything from the base brand to print and web assets, exhibit design and signage.
Position: Contract Graphic Designer
Duration: Now thru April 2014.
Expected hours: 2-10 hours week.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Help create all forms of graphic assets including but not limited to, web, print, brochure, merchandise, way finding, signage, exhibit design
Qualifications:
Strong graphic abilities and a love for 60’s graphic design and pop culture
Organized individual that is able to schedule and meet deadlines without compromise
Must be able to quickly generate ideas and follow through with a completed, high-quality product
Understanding of font use and history, particularly 1950-1970
Interest in automotive history preferred
Ability to communicate with museum team and vendors
Skills Required:
Skills in Adobe Creative Suite are essential
Interior 3D spatial understanding
Sketchup experience preferred
