Opportunity

Graphic Designer

Janus Youth Programs is a local nonprofit with 40+ programs serving more than 6,000 at-risk youth every year. We are currently working on a project for our Harry’s Mother program to create posters and bus ads targeting youth ages 9 to 17 who need a safe place to go. Harry’s Mother is a 24-hour crisis center that provides emergency shelter and counseling to youth and their families.

We are looking for a graphic designer who can help us design these outreach materials. We have done research, focus groups, drafted ideas and will be able to provide all this supporting information for the project to the designer. Our goal is that the designs will grab the attention of youth to let them know that help is available and how to access our services.

We cannot provide monetary compensation but hope this will serve as valuable experience and a great addition to a resume/portfolio. We are hoping to have this project completed by May 15.
