Apply your creative and technical skills to support the global brand and marketing efforts of a local manufacturing company. This position would support the forestry and landscape brands within the Blount portfolio. Working closely with a team of experienced designers and marketing groups you will collaborate on new brand initiatives including packaging, product launches, digital outreach, published catalogs, and assorted items for sales support.

This summer internship is for approximately 13 weeks. Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM $17.50 per Hour
As a Graphic Design Intern, you may:
•Support digital design needs (i.e banner ads or social media assets)
•Design literature such as datasheets, sales flyers, brochures, etc.
•Support product packaging production
•Support communication and brand development activities
•Provide graphic support to develop marketing presentations as needed
•Design in-store point of purchase displays.

Requirements
•A Junior or Senior level college student with at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA who is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
•Technical experience in using Adobe Suite (specifically InDesign, PhotoShop, and Illustrator)
•Experience or interest with desktop publishing and packaging design
•Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work in a team environment, make good decisions, and problem solve
•Outstanding communication and relationship-building aptitude; must take direction well and be a motivated self-starter
