Numinous is a Portland-based creative agency that works with small to medium sized Portland businesses. We are a start-up passionate about helping Portland business owners craft authentic stories that translate to their digital platforms.
The creative internship with Numinous is a 12-week position where you will work directly underneath our creative leadership team and assist in strategy and executing projects including developing branding for the company, website design and product shoots, social strategy for company and clients and more. We are looking for someone who can commit to 10-15 hours a week.
We are on the hunt for all-star interns that are interested in helping us create a foundation for success. Are you constantly attached to your phone scrolling through social media? Do you know all of the trending hashtags? Are you good with people? Do you have a creative eye for great imagery and style? Do you want to have a significant part in creating the image of a quickly growing company? Are you eager to grow and succeed with a small business? The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be confident in completing various tasks and projects independently. We are looking for someone who is efficient, creative, imaginative, proactive, organized and dedicated, with the ability to multitask, stay focused in changing environments, and
meet deadlines. We appreciate and encourage new ideas, dialogue, collaboration, and strongly believe in teamwork and good communication. Since this is an unpaid internship we are hoping the work you do will assist in expanding your portfolio.

Web Design/Creation for Squarespace & Wix
Design Onboarding Packet
Research and Integrate SM management system
SEO Optimization for Youtube and Websites
Must be intermediate or expert at Adobe Photoshop and Indesign and own the programs
Must be a self-directed problem solver
Must know, or be willing to learn, to operate in Squarespace and Wix
Must have a working laptop and reliable transportation
Must be pursuing a degree in graphic/web design, marketing, multimedia, business, communications, public relations or related field
Must be self-directed, enthusiastic, inquisitive, a quick learner, and hungry for growth
Must have a thorough understanding of all the major social networks
Flexible and/or consistent schedule
Experience and/or interest in writing/journalism is a plus
