Company description: Eber Health Inc. is a digital health company located in the the heart of Downtown Portland. Established in 2016 by Heber Michaels and Minh Vu, two PSU alumni, Eber Health carries the mission of creating a healthier world by providing people the knowledge to a better lifestyle.
Our platform provides nutrition coaching that creates a totally different experience than typical nutrition services. We utilize technology to help our customers gain personalized nutrion knowledge when they need it, and where they need it. The knowledge, which is personalized just for them, is not restricted to a certain office, a certain time, or a high price point. Our customers can reach their nutritionist while they are grocery shopping, eating out, or even when they are in bed thinking about what to eat for the next day.
Responsibilities:
-Define the interaction and/or interface for new products and features.
-Quickly and thoughtfully incorporate team feedback into designs.
-Validate designs through A/B testing and/or qualitative user research.
-Assist Art Director in developing the design of our website and iOS/Android app.
-Other tasks as assigned.
Hours: Part-time (20 hours or less)
Location: remote and/or office
Pay: unpaid internship
What we can promise:
-Since this is an unpaid internship, we want to ensure that the new hire will receive compensation for their work. The intern will work with our Art Director, who has been a creative designer for 10+ years, to learn from their experience, build personal portfolio, and build their own network.
