Hi, I’m Michael! My practice explores the intersection of art and design. I find joy in creating work that strikes a balance between functionality and beauty. I find a lot of inspiration in art of the past, where ornament and beauty are core design elements. I express my interest in historical art and design via typography, illustration, editorial design, and branding. Creating with a variety of techniques and styles keeps me engaged in the design process; I want to explore and have fun!
