STAY TUNED! We are gearing up for the second year of our Holiday Good Market! The planning committee is still locking in the details, but while they are working on that, YOU should be planning on thinking about what you might like to sell at this excellent student run market!
What is GOOD MARKET? Good Market is Friends of Graphic Design’s amazing holiday market, featuring one of a kind goods from Portland State Art and Design students! You can expect to see: Art prints, holiday cards, zines, posters, jewelry, buttons, stickers, and more, available for sale directly from the artists.
Start thinking about what you can make for this event and stay tuned for more information! We DO know that the event will be the weekend of December 5th & 6th and we DO know that it will be at two locations (bigger than ever…oh YEAH!)

Calling all artists, illustrators, designers, and lovers of the outdoors: The PSU Outdoor Program is expanding its horizons this term and offering an hike dedicated to the relationship between art and the outdoors. Art in the Forest is an inclusive hiking trip that focuses on creative practice outdoors. We will be exploring an area of wilderness outside the city, and bringing our toolbox of art supplies with us. We will spend part of the day hiking, and part of the day filling our sketchbooks and notebooks with inspiration in the backcountry, away from the computer.
To register for the trip, or for more information, visit the PSU Outdoor Program at 505 SW Harrison.
